Lovely quiet residential area. Easy 5 mins walk to the underground. Convenient access to amenities. Clean and spacious rooms. Polite and helpful staff.

The staff was friendly and cute, giving a great first impression. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and a variety of cuisines.

the cleanliness of the sheets and mattresses left much to be desired, leading to an uncomfortable sleep experience.

We had a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities at this hotel. the staff were helpful and the regular maid service was efficient. the private facilities, including the spacious shower and decent kitchen area, were a plus. the great location near shops and restaurants made it convenient for us to explore the city.

this did not detract from our overall experience of the hotel, which was clean and spacious.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with High Street Kensington tube station and several interesting sites within walking distance. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom with a hose, and a smart TV for our entertainment.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, with two tube stations just a short walk away, making it easy to explore different parts of the city. It is also situated in a quieter area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. there are several interesting sites within walking distance, such as parks and museums.

There is a slight issue with the cleanliness of the towels provided. Some of them had stains on them, which was a bit off-putting.

the exclusive amenities provided in the room were outstanding, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash from high-end brands. Not to mention, the private facilities within the room were top notch and truly a comfortable oasis away from home. the location advantages proved to be excellent, as it was extremely convenient to have restaurants, shops, and entertainment within walking distance, making exploring the area effortless.

the bed mattresses could have been a tad firmer, as they were a bit too soft for my liking.

I had a fantastic stay at City Prime Apartments! The location was perfect, with great attractions like Kensington Palace and Gardens, Harrod's, and the Natural History Museum within walking distance. The apartment had all the necessary appliances, including a washing machine and dryer, making it very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay in London.

Convenient location near tube stations and supermarket. Clean and comfortable apartment with helpful staff. Quiet residential area, feels like a home. Will definitely return for the next visit to the city.
